Notes biographiques
He is a social worker in the field of social services and in the service of seniors in the Québec and Chaudière regions with FADOQ. He was a founding member of the Scouts-Guides movement in Saint-Anselme. In 2005, he masterminded the Album Souvenir de Saint-Anselme for the 175th anniversary of the town's founding. He participates in the staging of plays. He coordinates gatherings for the Association des Blais. He volunteers as a facilitator, trainer and manager for local community organizations.
In his spare time, he devotes himself to DIY, the outdoors, maple syrup production in the beautiful springtime, theater, and local community organizations. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Association des Blais d'Amérique for several years, and has just been drafted to lend a hand. Normand will take charge of the Gatherings file and contribute to the preparation of the Journal.
