• Keep the Blais database up to date
• Correct the genealogical and historical parts of the Dictionary as requested
• Respect the issues mentioned in the database agreement
• Send their ancestry to members who request it
• Send a message of condolences when a member, or one of his/hers relatives, dies
• Provide information on the deceased person and genealogical links between the deceased person and one of our members to:
  • the webmaster
  • the coordinator of  the Journal des Blais
  • the head of the web committee
• Establish the ancestry of members who authorized publication on the web and send it to:
  • the webmaster
  • the head of the web committee
• Act as member of the Association’s web committee
• Execute any mandate conferred by the Board of Directors
